Muffins with blueberries

Ingredients
290 g of sour cream
1 egg
1 vanilla
4 tbsp milk
60 g butter
40 g flour
250 g flour with bulking
200 g sugar
225 g blueberries - fresh or frozen

Method
Mix cream, vanilla and egg and leave the mixture at room temperature while preparing other products. The butter is melted over low heat. Mix both types of flour and sugar, add cranberries and stir gently - do not crush blueberries. Reference is well in the center of the powdery mixture. Melted butter is added to the cream mixture - if it is too cold, the butter can become lumpy. The wet mixture and the milk is poured into the well and stir briefly and carefully. The mixture should be firm and lumpy, but roughly uniform and blueberries purposes. The mixture is distributed in mono - pre-greased and lined with paper baskets. The mixture should be completely filled tray. Bake in preheated oven to 190 C for 25-30 minutes. When you have finished with spiking with a toothpick to clean out.
