Muffins Tenderness

Ingredients
18 paper muffin cups
200 g butter or margarine culinary
125 g sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp honey
200 g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
powdered sugar
Method
Beat all ingredients in specified order. Wrap the dough for 10 minutes in refrigerator. Put in any form for muffins or cupcakes in a paper form and distribute the mixture. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes. Test with a stick. from the pre-dusting of powdered sugar, muffins will acquire a light crispy crust. The mixture can be baked in cake form, but then the baking time increases.
