Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) red wine
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
orange juice 1/2
1/2 orange peel
juice from 1/2 lemon
rind of 1/2 lemon
cinnamon
1 grain cloves
2 Allspice
Method
Mix all ingredients, put in a tall glass and heated 1 1/2 minutes at 600 W, making sure the liquid does not boil. Strain through a sieve and serve.
