Ingredients
1 kg chicken obeskosteno
75 ml clear vinegar
250 g yogurt
50 g of roasted and chopped cashew nuts
salt
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp curry
1 tsp pepper red pepper
sunflower oil

Method
The meat is cut into medium cubes, then marinate 1 hour in a mixture of salt and vinegar. Drained. Rolled in a mixture of yogurt, cashews, garlic, spices. Aging for 15 minutes. Strung on skewers. Bake 25 minutes periodically spreads with sunflower oil. Drained. Spread with sunflower oil and baked 5 minutes in a hot oven.
