Ingredients
400-500 g mushrooms
200 g corn
2-3 sprigs fresh garlic cloves or a few old
100-150 g cheese
2-3 tbsp white wine
soy sauce
butter
pepper
dill
Method
Mushrooms cut into slices and fry in the butter. Add white wine and soy sauce and sauté until ready. Just before removing from heat add the corn, fresh garlic, finely chopped (if not maybe 3-4 cloves finely chopped), dill, pepper and coarsely grated cheese. Stir until melted cheese and served warm.
