Mushroom Julienne

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
1 onion
2 tbsp butter
125 ml cooking cream
2-3 tbsp flour
200 g cheese, diced
pepper, salt
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Mushrooms are cut into strips. Fry together with the finely chopped onions in preheated butter over high heat until golden for 7-8 minutes. Flour blurs with the cream, add salt. The mixture was poured into fungi. Sprinkle with pepper. Pour into refractory bowls, sprinkle with cheese cubes and bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 C above only for about ten minutes. After mushroom zhuliencheta ready sprinkle with chopped parsley.
