Mushroom soup

Ingredients
250 g of fresh mushrooms
2 heads (100 g) onion
80 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1 egg
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in fat with the flour, then add washed and chopped mushrooms and also cook on low heat until soft. Broth, after removing it from the fire, thicken with beaten eggs and milk and sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper. Serve hot.
