Mushroom stew

Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
1-2 onions
2-3 carrots
1 pepper
1-2 tomatoes and tomato sauce can
1/3 cup Rice
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper, salt
sunflower oil
Method
Vegetables finely and fry in a pan in which you boil stew. Add chopped tomatoes or tomato sauce and stew a little. Add the chopped mushrooms and stew them and them, then add the rice, salt and pepper. Pour about 1 - 1.5 liters of water and leave to boil on medium heat until the rice is cooked.
