Mushrooms with rice in the oven
Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
3/4 cup (150 g) rice
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
parsley
70 g butter
salt
Method
Separately cook chopped mushrooms and rice. The rice is spread in plenty pan greased with butter and mushrooms on it. Beat eggs with milk, parsley and a little salt. The mixture was poured onto the mushrooms. The dish pour melted butter bake in moderate oven.
