Naked pumpkin

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
2 and 1/2 cup (500 ml) milk
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
50 ml vegetable oil or 50 g butter
little cinnamon

Method
Pumpkin Peel, cut in pieces, ordered in a greased baking dish with butter, sprinkle with some of the fat and put on a slow fire to stew. Then pour the disordered medium thick porridge eggs, sugar, milk and flour, sprinkle with the remaining oil and bake until browned.

Home are fond of pumpkin dessert is very tasty, I can make a version with macaroni!
