Nettle oven

Ingredients
1 kg nettle
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 bunch green onions
2-3 sprigs fresh garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
salt
paprika
parsley
Method
Nettle boil 5-7 minutes in salted water. Drained and chopped. Chopped onion stew in the oil and then sprinkle with flour and paprika. A solution in water tomato paste and stir with nettles. Add salt and pour into a greased baking pan. Bake for about an hour in low oven. Serve sprinkled with parsley and walnuts.
