5 handfuls (1 kg) nettle
8-10 (1 kg) potatoes
150 g butter
salt

Method
Nettle is cleaned, washed several times with hot water, cut into small pieces , pour a small amount of boiling salted water and put the fire to boil. Add the potatoes, peeled, washed and chopped. After boiling the potatoes excess water drain. With a wooden spoon potatoes and mashed nettle well, then pour the fried butter. Serve with yogurt.
