New potatoes with peas and carrots

Ingredients
700 g peas (beans only)
500 g young potatoes
1/4 bunch parsley
4-5 (200 g) carrots
100 g butter
sugar
salt
pepper
Method
Peas, potatoes and carrots are cooked separately, peas boil nepodsolena water, carrots and potatoes, pre-scraped, boiled in a small amount of salted water. After their cooking fat becomes heated and it stew for 1-2 minutes parsley. Then successively added potatoes, coarsely chopped, cooked peas, carrots, diced, and spices. The mixture is poured a little hot water and stew on low heat 10-15 minutes.
