Noodles with milk and eggs in Shumen

Ingredients
500 g noodles
5 cups (1 liter) milk
6 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) sugar
1 vanilla powder
100 g butter
Method
In a greased baking dish with butter spread the noodles and bake in the oven until slightly pinkish. Eggs are broken down with milk, sugar and vanilla and pour over baked noodles. The mixture is baked in a very strong oven until browned.
