Nougat

Ingredients
1 kg of sugar
600 g flour
250 ml water
2 cup chopped walnuts
vanilla
Method
On the water and sugar to make syrup. Then the warm syrup Add flour and vanilla and stirred until a thick porridge. Finally added and the walnuts, the mixture is poured into a pan or other container and allow to cool. Cut into pastries and optional garnish side with nuts and cream.
