Ingredients
170 g butter
100 g of powdered sugar
1 yolk
1 and 1/2 cup walnuts
1 and 1/2 cup flour

Method
The butter mix with sugar. Add egg yolks, ground walnuts and flour. Knead dough, you make balls as walnut, pressed gently to obtain flat and arrange on a tray covered with paper. Bake in a moderate oven and still hot pressed into a powdered sugar.
