Ingredients
500 g okra
200 g mushrooms
200 g small onions
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
salt
pepper
parsley
3 tomatoes
Method
In a saucepan put the cleaned and washed okra, chopped mushrooms, clean onions, chopped garlic cloves, the oil, wine and spices. Mix well. Top put sliced tomatoes. The meal was capped tightly and boil on low heat. Serve cold.
