Onion Salad

Ingredients
4 onions
4 leaves of curly lettuce
3 tbsp olive oil
100 g sweet mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt
3 sprigs fresh parsley
sugar
Method
In a bowl put mustard vinegar, olive oil, salt, sugar, chopped fresh parsley. Mix with the blender. Peel onions and cut into circles with a thick finger half. Includes BBQ or grill pan. Spread the ribs with fat. Sorting onion rings. Bake on both sides. Not last for not blighted. Finished onion rings are arranged on a plate. Take 4 flat plates of salad. At the bottom of each is placed in a washed leaves of curly lettuce. Above are equally divided in four dishes, roasted onions. Watered with dressing and served for consumption. It can be used as a side dish to grilled meats.
