Orange liqueur

Ingredients
peel oranges 8
500 ml vodka or brandy strong odorless
500 g sugar
Method
Cortices oranges clean the white part, finely chopped, placed in a bottle and pour in vodka. After three weeks of infusion is strained and mixed with cold sugar syrup made from sugar and 1 cup water. The longer prepared liqueur matures, so taste it better.
