Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g minced meat
1 onion
2 large carrots
100 g fresh mushrooms mushrooms
200 g of tomato paste
oregano, basil, pepper and paprika, salt
# For TOPPING:
100 g of cheese - shredded
1 egg
200 g yogurt
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into rings and put in boiling water for 10-ish minutes. Chop the onion finely and fry in a deep frying pan. Add the carrots and mushrooms, also chopped and minced meat. Stir until the mince become crumbs. Pour the tomato paste (may be diluted with a little water), together with the spices. Stir well and simmer a few minutes. In a buttered baking dish alternating a layer of potatoes, a layer of mince. Complete line with potatoes, sprinkle with a little sunflower oil and place in preheated oven. Bake until almost ready. Prepare topping of these products, pour the dish and returned to the oven for 10 minutes.
