Pancake Vienna

Ingredients
2 eggs
150 ml milk
100 g flour
2 vanilla
30 g raisins
70 g almonds
100 g sugar
1/2 apple
margarine

Method
In a deep dish is prepared pancake batter of eggs, milk and flour. In a suitable pan fry half an apple with a little margarine, pour the pancake mixture and sprinkle with raisins. When sufficiently fried, pancake turns and sprinkle with almonds and sugar. Wait a bit and tearing chaotic chunks. Served in advance sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon dish, top can pour fruit topping.
