Method
Peppers are washed, cleaned of seeds and cut into strips with a length of 3-4 cm. Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes. To easily peel tomatoes blanched in boiling water for 30-40 seconds and immediately immersed in cold water. Parsley cut into small pieces and mix with chopped tomatoes. Add salt to taste. At the bottom of each jar put tomatoes, then part of the peppers and top again put tomatoes. Closed and sterilized 35 minutes. Remove and turn the cap down until cool.
