Paprika eggs

Ingredients
10 eggs
300 g sour cream
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
40 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
Eggs are cooked. Chopped fry in butter until yellowing, add chopped into thin julienne peppers, removed from heat, add red pepper, salt, pour a few tablespoons of water and stew a little. Add the chopped eggs, warmed before presenting paprikasha pour the cream.
