Parenik

Ingredients
1 kg cornmeal
2 liters of water
1 tbsp salt
500 g butter
500 g feta cheese
4 eggs
some kind of sausage or pre-cooked meat optional
Method
In a saucepan Boil the cornmeal with water and the salt, while being stirred, to make a smooth slurry. In the pan put 250 g butter, crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs and meat. On them pour hot mess. Pour in the remaining butter, pre-fried in a pan. Tray left on the stove for as long as is necessary egg to constipation. Serve with yogurt.

Mmmm, I present him with fried tender pork or mutton.

It's nice to imagine, but it's good to try. A parenik worth a try.

Unfortunately my husband does not eat polenta or something like that / here parenik / and itself can not do. No matter how small the amount you'll need to eat 2-3 days.

So I have not eaten polenta. But this recipe intrigued me will do for sure. Sneji Thanks for the recipe.

Very tasty and most importantly, it is easy to prepare.
