Paris cake

Ingredients
# For the base:
5 eggs
180 g sugar
180 g flour
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
# For the syrup:
120 g sugar
60 g butter
40 g cocoa
# For glaze:
200 g cream
500 g drained yogurt
150 g sugar
100 g almonds (walnuts)
Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar until white. Add flour with baking powder. All mix well and pour into pan - oiled and sprinkled with flour. 200 ml water, the sugar, the butter and cocoa boiled to give a thick syrup, which was then cooled. Cream, milk expressed and sugar is broken down very well with mixer. Once cool, the base is pricked and pour the syrup. Smeared with icing and sprinkle with ground nuts or grated chocolate.
