Parsnip puree

Ingredients
2 large parsnips root
50 g butter
salt, pepper
nutmeg
Method
Peel the parsnips, cut it into thin slices, and boil in a little water. Once tender, put the butter, salt and nutmeg and pepper (optional), Beat with a mixer until a soft paste.
