Parzhenki cheese

Ingredients
6 egg whites
1 yolk
120 g feta cheese
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Lightly salted egg whites are broken down into hard snow, add the grated feta cheese and black pepper, to make small balls or croquettes, rolled in bread crumbs, then in beaten egg yolk and again in breadcrumbs. Fry to yellowing in bulk sunflower oil. Parzhenkite be served very hot.
