Parzhenki yogurt

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cup drained yogurt
4 eggs
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 vanilla
5 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
pinch of salt
Method
From the flour and baking soda, eggs broken with yogurt and a pinch of salt to prepare a soft dough, which is rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 1 finger. By cup is excised circles in the middle of which, with a small cup is made hole. Fry until light brown in heated oil until warm and sprinkled with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla. Serve warm.
