Pasta Gala
Ingredients
450 g pasta of your choice
3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 small carrot
10 olives pitted
1 pickle
3 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 / 2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp marjoram
pinch of white pepper
100 g cheese
Method
Chop the onion finely, grate carrot and sauté them in a deep dish with fat. Once softened add the tomatoes, spices, and shortly afterwards the chopped olives and cucumbers. The sauce boil until slightly thick. Boil pasta in salted water with 1 tbsp sunflower oil, drain and mix with the sauce. Serve on a plate with grated cheese.
