Pastry sweet or savory fillings

Ingredients
5 cups flour
baking powder 1
6 tbsp lard
7-8 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
# For a sweet filling:
delight, jam, jam
mixture of ground walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and a little milk
powdered sugar for rolling
# For savory filling:
2 eggs
200 g feta cheese
yolk spreads

Method
From sifted with baking powder, flour, melted lard, mixed with the oil and yoghurt knead dough, roll it thin circular sheet. The sheet was cut into 12 or 16 sectors (like a pizza). In the widest part of each sector is placed each fill (for sweet filling - a piece of Turkish delight, or marmalade, jam, or a mixture of ground walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and a little milk and the like. For savory stuffing - a mixture of feta cheese and egg) and is screwed to the top in the form of muffin. Arrange in a greased pan and bake in a moderate oven. scones with sweet filling hot pressed into a powdered sugar. scones with savory fillings are coated with egg yolk before baking.
