Pate Salmon

Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth
2 fillets of salmon
100 g smoked salmon
1 cup soft butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red caviar
Method
Peoria boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and add the salmon, which is boiled for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Salmon is removed and cooled. Clean the skin and bones grind together with the butter and lemon juice until a uniform mixture. Add remaining smoked salmon, and then egg. So the mixture is ready for serving. One idea: can be used to make snacks as sprayed vahu toast, which are cut crusts and cut into small triangles or rectangles.
