Peach sponge cakecheta

Ingredients
2 eggs
80 g butter
1 cup with peak flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup peach nectar (juice)
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
# For glaze:
1/2 cup peach nectar
1/2 cup sugar

Method
Eggs are divided into yolks and whites. The butter was stirred until white sugar-added yolks, one by one, it does not stop to be stirred. Add lemon rind. The flour is mixed with the baking powder and carefully added from time to time and is poured from the nectar. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and slowly were added to the dough. In mono small cakes dough is distributed by not fully fill. Bake 30-35 minutes at 180C. The glaze is vazvaryava to thicken slightly. Finished cakes are immersed in it. Stay one hour to take and then served.
