Peanut cream

Ingredients
120 g butter
140 g of powdered sugar
3 yolks
140 g peanuts
250 g cream
Method
Beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks. Roasted and ground peanuts mixed with the cream and add to the butter mixture. Homogenise the two mixtures. This cream can be made sponge roll can be used for the cream of the cake can be filled eclairs and others.
