Pear Cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
125 g margarine
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1/3 cup milk
500 g pears

Method
Yolks are broken foam with sugar and add the melted margarine, flour with the baking powder and milk. The mixture is stirred well and pour into a greased baking dish with butter. Bake until golden. Then baked dough are placed close slices peeled pears on them and pour the beaten 4 tbsp sugar egg whites. Cake bake in low oven just until the egg white turn pink.

Very light and nice cake.

Sladkishcheto very tasty. I even slightly modify it. Put to bake dough half. Then ordered pears and spills and rest dough. Is baked above covered with proteins. Become like cakes :)
