Pear Muffins

Ingredients
1 egg
1-2 pears
2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar (maybe less if the pears are sweet)
1/2 cup yogurt
1 vanilla
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of ginger
3-4 tbsp walnuts
Method
Mix the egg, flour, sugar, baking soda, yogurt, the oil , cinnamon, 1/2 cup water and other spices. Stir well and add the peeled and finely chopped pears. Pour the mixture into shapes custard, which have previously smeared with sunflower oil or shape muffin. Do not completely full, but only 3/4 of the volume. Before putting them to bake, make the glaze for the muffins. For it need 3-4 tbsp finely chopped walnuts and 3-4 tbsp sugar. Mix ingredients well and sprinkle each muffin with the mixture. Dessert bake in preheated oven until lightly browned muffins. Remove them from the trays when cool.
