Peppers oven

Ingredients
15-20 (1,5 kg) peppers
3 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
250 g feta cheese
3 cups (600 ml) milk
3 eggs
pepper
salt
Method
Peppers are cleared from the seed and cut into pieces. Smothered in fat and place in baking dish. Pour in the milk and beaten eggs, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and pepper, add salt, if necessary, and bake in the oven until the surface of the dish is slightly browned.
