Peppers sardines

Ingredients
4 green peppers
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 sardines
Method
Washed peppers are placed in cold water The boiling, the pot is removed from the heat and leave to for 10 minutes. The peppers are dried, cut into halves, remove their seeds and fibers, cut into wide strips and place in a small bowl. Peel the garlic and rumpled sardines fried, remove the garlic and hot sunflower oil with sardines drew to pour over peppers and allowed to cool.
