Ingredients
2 kg peppers
300 g carrots
1 head celery
1.5 kg cabbage
# For the brine:
1 liter of water
50 g salt
Method
Peppers are washed, cleaned of stems and seeds cut into strips. Scrape the carrots and cut into rings. Cabbage cut into julienne. Products rank in jars, among others, put a bit of chopped celery. Pour a previously boiled and cooled brine. Pickles Keep cool.

If stored in a cool place with a constant temperature, no problem. As the old Bulgarian houses had nice cool cellars ... it really is the real pickle, no preservatives.
