Pickled small fish

Ingredients
4 small fish (trout, mackerel)
sunflower oil
200 g mushrooms
4 tomatoes
3/4 cup (150 ml) wine
1 onion
1 lemon
parsley
pepper
1 bay leaf
thyme
2 cloves
salt
Method
Washed fish dried with a towel, make a few threads with a knife, add salt with black pepper and fry in butter. Finely chopped onion fry in sunflower oil, add the chopped mushrooms, chopped parsley, scalded and peeled tomatoes that have been removed seed, pour wine and lemon juice, seasoned, add salt, vazvaryava and bay fish. Again vazvaryava and stew 5 minutes in a hot oven. The fish is cooled, is arranged in a dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
