Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
2 carrots
1/2 cup cream
1 orange
2 onions
50 ml apple cider vinegar
20 g sugar
4-5 tbsp mustard
1 egg
salt, pepper, paprika
Method
Cabbage cut into fine strips and grated carrots, onion cut of polumestsi and crushing by hand in a bowl mix the vegetables. In separate bowl mix the vinegar, sugar, orange juice and mustard, sprinkle with paprika, pepper and salt. Add 2 tbsp of water and put to cook for 1 minute, add the cream and egg and allow to thicken. Is then removed from heat and added to the vegetables, stir and allow to stand for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
