Pine honey - I type

Ingredients
140 young pine cones
sugar
1 tsp (5 g) of citric acid

Method
Cones are washed and cut into halves. Pour 3 liters of water and leave to stand for 12 hours. Then boil three hours of moderate fire cones are removed and added sugar as of 1 liter remained syrup is placed in 1 kg of sugar. Boil for 1 hour and finally add citric acid.
