Ingredients
1 kg peppers
200 g soaked feta cheese
3-4 eggs
2 tbsp flour
2 cup milk
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Bake, peel and clean the peppers from seeds. Add salt them. In a buttered baking dish layer redim peppers, crumbled or grated layer feta cheese. Sprinkle with the oil. Beaten with flour eggs and milk make topping. On her sprinkle black pepper and chopped parsley. Bake in a moderate oven dish.
