Pirdopski Mlýn

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
2 tsp (10 g) salt
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
250 g butter
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
Method
Flour is sieved and center pit is made, which put the salt and vinegar and pour water to prepare dough for sharpening. Form 10 dumplings, which are rolled wafers. After Roasted in the oven until it turns rosy, peel rank in the pan, as between them put the stuffing of yogurt, crumbled feta cheese and eggs. Top sprinkle the melted butter. Zadar is cut into rhomboids and bake. Once removed from the oven sprayed with cold water and cover with a clean cloth.
