Pita-bread

Ingredients
25 g of yeast
800 g flour
1 tsp (5 g) salt
4 tbsp (40 ml) milk
4 eggs
125 g butter
200 g feta cheese
200 g yogurt
1 egg glaze

Method
Yeast Crush blurs with lukewarm milk and a little flour on kashitsa and leave 10-15 minutes pa effervescent. Sifted flour poured into a deep bowl, make a recess in the middle of it and put it in the beaten eggs, salt, finely chopped feta cheese, melted (but not hot) butter, beaten yogurt and yeast. Involved medium soft dough (not sticky hands), out on floured board and knead until smooth and elastic. Put it in an oiled form and leave in a warm place about 1 hour to rise. Smeared with beaten egg and bake in a strong (220 C) oven until get zlatistocherven color.

cake is very tasty and easy to prepare. Dough I felt very fluffy, but I imagine it divided into small cakes and baked them so.
