Pita in pole

Ingredients
3 cups (600 g) flour
15 g yeast
60 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Of flour, yeast, previously little fuzzy in lukewarm water, milk and salt knead dough, which is left to rise. Then eggs were added, and half of the sugar. The dough is kneaded again and leave to rise again, and then spread in a greased baking dish with butter. Cake baked in a hot oven about 30 minutes, remove, coated with the butter, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and dopicha at moderate temperature.
