Pita rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup melted butter or sunflower oil
flour
1 tsp salt
# For the filling:
1/2 cup rice
4 eggs
200 g feta cheese
200 g ham
1 stalk leek
Method
Knead the soft dough of yogurt, fat, salt and flour as necessary. Boil the rice in 2 cups salted water. Add grated feta cheese, beaten eggs, ham cut into cubes and chopped leeks. Impaste bottom and sides of a buttered baking dish butter. We send down on it filling. Bake cake until golden brown gain.
