Pita rolls

Ingredients
3 eggs
250 g yogurt
250 ml warm water
1 cube of yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 kg of flour
250 g butter

Method
Separate one egg yolk and whisk the eggs. Add yogurt, yeast is diluted in warm water, without leave to rise and also added to other products. Pour the salt and sugar, and begins to add flour, it is advisable to sieve. Knead into a soft dough does not interfere much, and is divided into three balls. Leave to rise. Tray, which will bake the pita smeared with plenty softened butter. Once the dough rise, one by one the buns are rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 1 cm.
