Pizza Rustica

Ingredients
225 g readymade dough
400 g spinach - milled
225 feta cheese Ricotta
60 g grated Parmesan
3 eggs
3 tbsp fresh basil
1 clove garlic
pepper
350 g pickled peppers - cut strips
120 g ham
30 g pine nuts or other nuts of your choice

Method
The oven is heated to 220 C. Roll out pizza dough, place in a buttered baking dish, the edges are raised. Cut in large pieces spinach, add rikotata, Parmesan, egg, basil, garlic, a little pepper, julienne peppers and nuts. Spread half the mixture over the base, is ranked top ham and pour remaining mixture. Bake in the oven until the background is crispy.
