Ingredients
500 ml milk
1 onion
2 cloves
pinch nutmeg
60 g of white bread crumbs
20 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) cream
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Method
Milk boils, add shpikovanata with onion cloves and nutmeg. Boil for 30 minutes on low heat. Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper and half the butter. All stir well and mix with a fork. Boil 20 minutes on low heat, constantly stirring. Then the onion is removed, then the remaining butter and cream. The sauce is served hot.
