Pleated banitsa

Ingredients
400 g fine sheet
125 g butter
4 eggs
500 ml milk
cheese 100 g
Method
The butter melts. Eggs are broken and add to the milk and crumbled feta cheese. Each sheet is sprinkled with butter and folded in two, then again sprinkled with butter, is pleated along the long side of the strip width of about 6 cm, and cut into 4 pieces, which are arranged in a greased baking dish with butter. The banitsa pour the mixture of eggs, the feta cheese and milk and bake at moderate temperature to pale coloring.
